Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Certain items, such as personalized, intimate, or final sale products, are not eligible for returns. These will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.
Process for Returns
Initiate a Return:

Email us at info@theeverglo.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
We’ll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send your item back.
Prepare Your Package:

Include a copy of your original receipt or order confirmation email.
Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the Item:

Use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. The Ever Glo is not responsible for return shipping costs or items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. Simply follow the return process and specify your desired replacement item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including shipping charges.
